Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD) is a common mental health disorder, affecting over 20 million Americans. Vistagen’s neuroactive nasal spray, PH94B, is a breakthrough on-demand treatment for SAD. As a fast-acting steroid, PH94B is delivered directly to chemosensory neurons in the nasal passages.

These neurons help trigger neural circuits in the limbic amygdala, which stimulates GABA production and releases calming impulses to parts of the brain associated with fear and anxiety. Nucleus worked with the client to help clearly visualize PH94B’s activity from the olfactory nerves to the amygdala neurons with effective cellular and molecular levels of storytelling.
